Some companies have multiple Salesforce instances. If you are one of them and are struggling to connect Scratchpad to the right instance, follow the simple steps below to trouble shoot. 

  1. Log out of Scratchpad. (Settings > Logout)

  2. Log out of all Salesforce instances you're connected to.
  3. Log in and view a record in the correct Salesforce instance.
  4. Log into Scratchpad (open a chrome tab > click on Pipeline)
