There are two types of Tiles: Personal Tiles and Organization Tiles.

Personal Tiles

  • Add, remove, and reorder fields and related lists to create shortcuts to common workflows. Learn how here!

  • Only you can see these Tiles.

Organizational Tiles

  • Any tile can be an organizational tile - you simply have to Share it.

  • Organizational Tiles are viewed by the entire company and allow you to share workflows and best practices.

  • When to Create an organization Tile? - Typically created by sales leaders to ensure consistency across the team.

  • Organization tiles can't be deleted (or removed from view)
