1. All users, independent of license type can receive live coaching from a member of our User Delight Team by clicking this link. Workflow sessions are designed to support our users in building out their Scratchpad instances in a way that is tailored to their individual work style.
2. Anyone can submit a WISH in the bottom left corner of Scratchpad; this wish is will be responded to by a member of our User Delight Team.

4. For license holders with a signed contract (not self-serve in product): 'Slack Connect' is your insider Slack channel that allows for swift responses around RevOps and enablement inquiries.
