Scratchpad Command makes task management easy and collaborative. Log a Call, view Activity History, and even view tasks for your co-workers. Our new Scratchpad Command Sidebar helps you take Tasks on the go.

  1. First you have to make sure that you've turned on the integrations for Scratchpad Command.

    • Click on the settings icon ⚙ in the bottom left hand corner of your screen

    • select integrations from the menu on the left

    • click Add for Scratchpad Command (on the top).

  2. Click CMD+J (Mac) or CTRL+J (PC) from ANY website to launch Scratchpad Command. (Pro Tip: Your calendar or LinkedIn are great places to start).

  3. In the top of the pop-up window, type and search for the opportunity you want to view. No need to hit enter, simply select the correct record from the list that populates below.

  4. You should now see a side-bar on the right side of your screen.

  5. In the upper right hand corner select the little pop-out icon (it says "open apps" when you hover over it).

  6. From this pop-out view you can see Tasks on the top menu - you can click on and select any task from this list to view the details.

  7. You can create a NEW Task by clicking on the plus sign to the right of your name.

Additional Features - With a Team Plan you can view Tasks from your co-workers too!!
