With Scratchpad, you can add items to your to-do list without leaving your pipeline behind or breaking your flow. Here's how:

  1. Open the expanded view of an opportunity or account in your pipeline

  2. Find the "Task" icon in the sidebar, and click "+"

  3. Create the task using the fields you need from Salesforce- the task will automatically link to the record you're looking at! No clicking edit or save :)

  4. See the task linked on that record, or view it in your Tasks list
