The 411 on the Chrome Extension
When you download the Scratchpad Chrome Extension, you're setting up the Scratchpad Experience. Scratchpad becomes your home page so every new tab you open directly gives you access to amazing background photos AND instant access to your Salesforce pipeline, notes, tasks, and more.
What are some of the benefits of using Scratchpad through the Chrome Extension?

What if I'm not into the Chrome Extension?
If you're not into the Chrome Extension and want to turn it off BUT still use Scratchpad, fear not, that is entirely possible. The two main options are to 1) simply turn off the extension but leave it downloaded, making it easy to turn back on if you change your mind, or 2) deleting it altogether and using our web app instead.
*Keep the extension but add your bookmarks back! And/or set's add shortcuts to Scratchpad.

Turning the Extension Off and/or Removing it
Go to your Manage Extensions page (top right of your Chrome page)
if you have pinned Scratchpad in your extensions bar click the puzzle piece > Manage Extensions
if you have not pinned the Scratchpad extension, go to the 3 dot menu > More Tools > Extensions
Find your Scratchpad Extension and use the blue toggle button to turn if off
the button goes from Blue to Grey when the extension is turned off
If you'd like to remove the extension altogether, click the Remove button to the left of the blue toggle button and it will remove it from your computer
What do I use in lieu of the Chrome Extension?
Beautiful question! Scratchpad can be used through our web app: app.scratchpad.com.
TIP: We recommend bookmarking our web app so you can easily update Salesforce.
