Now we're excited to show you a better way to get visibility into where deals are stalled in your organization and where your team could use the support moving the deal forward with Scratchpads new inbox and deal alert system!
Here are some steps to get you started:
Go to Settings and select Studio > Automations
Create Automation
Name it something like "Stalled Deals"
Set the Schedule: time and day of the week you'd like the alert to go out to your team
Set the Conditions: for example, Days in stage is greater than or equal to a timeframe, whatever you think is too long for a stage to sit idle
Direct this alert to the account owners or other recipient you'd wish to get this alert
Send via Scratchpad inbox or Slack.
Add a message for action to take
