As the subscription owner, you will likely need to add and/or remove teammates to/from your plan. This is quickly and easily managed right from Scratchpad.
To add a member of your team to your paid plan:
From the settings in Scratchpad (⚙️ in lower lefthand corner), navigate to Billing & Usage
Click ADD MEMBERS and select a member from the list.
🚨 Team mate must sign in to Scratchpad BEFORE they will appear in this list.
To remove a member of your team from your paid plan:
From the settings in Scratchpad, navigate to Billing & Usage
Click REMOVE next to the member's name.
🚨 Once an SFDC instance is deactivated, that member/seat will be removed from your paid seats automatically.
