Now, you can easily identify what has changed in your pipeline, better understand how deals have progressed, and more effectively coach your reps on their deals.
Let's walk through it together ⬇️
Open up a Pipeline Grid View and select "Highlight" on your menu bar
Toggle on "Changes" and select your desired timeframe
Number of days ago - 7 is the default
Any cell that was changed in Scratchpad over the selected time period will now be spotlighted!
Green:
Increase in number value
Date moved forward (earlier than last date selected)
New value chosen in picklist (new selection sits below old selection in dropdown)
Blue:
Change in text
Empty cell → ≠ empty cell
Red:
Decrease in number value
Date moved out (later date than last selected)
New value chosen in picklist (new selection sits above old selection in dropdown)
↗️ Hover over the icon in each cell to see what the previous value was. Click on the number of changes to open up the full Audit History.
🚨 Limitation: You will not see an icon or change history for any Lookup fields
