Updated over a week ago

Pipeline dropped unexpectedly? See what deals were pushed or decreased in size. Commit came in lower for the month? Best case surprised you? See how each component of your forecast changes over time. No more guessing or sifting through stale spreadsheets.

With Waterfall Analytics, you get a detailed understanding of what changed and why.

  1. Click Forecast from your Scratchpad Navigation Bar, then Waterfall

  2. Customize your view by selecting a Category or Change period

  3. Select a column, like Moved Out, to see the associated Opportunities below

  4. Click into the individual Opportunity for a deeper deal inspection


What are the differences between the change categories in Waterfall?

+/- Value: Opps that increased or decreased in value

New: Opportunities newly created

Won: Opportunities removed from the forecast category due to being won

Lost: Opportunities removed from the forecast category due to being lost

Moved In: Opportunities added to the forecast category (eg: Stage change, Closed Date change, reassigned to a different owner)

Moved Out: Opportunities removed from the forecast category (eg: Stage change, Closed Date change, reassigned to a different owner, deleted)
