"A person who feels appreciated will always do more than what is expected."
While it's probably very common to talk about creating views that highlight areas for growth or views that zoom in on what's missing from an opportunity, sales reps appreciate (and honestly feed off of) recognition views as well! These are views that help you identify individual successes on your team. Not only do people love to get called out and recognized for doing a good job, but we all know that a little healthy competition can be a great motivator and help to drive wins across teams.
Recognition views are great for contests or simply for review in your weekly team meetings. Keep in mind that while these lists may also bring to light reasons for constructive coaching try to keep these conversations separate - nobody wants a kiss-and-kick, lol.
