Open your Opportunity Pipeline Grid or Kanban View
Click on Highlighting at the top of your View
Select + Add Highlight and select + Add Custom Highlight
Define a rule:
From the first drop-down select the field you want to define the rule for. For this example, we will select "close date"
From the second drop-down select the logic for your rule. For this example, we will select "is before"
From the third drop-down enter or select the value for your rule. For this example, we will select "last week"
Cells are now spotlighted in red based on the rule you defined. You can add multiple spotlights to any view
Let's add another spotlight and define another rule by clicking on + Add custom highlight
From the first drop-down select the field you want to define the rule for. For this example, we will select "amount"
From the second drop-down select the logic for your rule. For this example, we will select "is greater than"
From the third drop-down enter or select the value for your rule. For this example, we will select "200000"
Cells are now spotlight in purple based on the rule you defined. You can add multiple spotlights to any view
PRO TIP! You can also hide a deal spotlight by selecting the eye icon or dispose of the spotlights by clicking on the trash icon
