How to Monitor Your Biggest Opportunities

BIG DEAL? No problem!

Sometimes keeping a pulse on your biggest, high-value opportunities is hard. Here are some helpful tips to help you monitor your team’s biggest deals. Building and using reports in Salesforce can be challenging. Often, you need to open multiple tabs to drill down to the information you need. However, with Scratchpad Grid and Kanban Views, inspecting large deals or the swing deals with precise filters is quick and simple.

  1. Create a new view or duplicate an existing view.

  2. Select the fields you need to see.

  3. Open and select the following filters:

    → [All opportunities]

    → [Closed] [is] {False]

    → [Opportunity Owner] [is] [Your Reps listed]

    → [Amount/ACV] [is greater than or equal to] [50000] - or whatever value you choose!

🔥 From here, you are free to group by Opportunity Owner, Stage, Forecast Status, etc. and calculate values. Additionally, add Deal Spotlights to surface missing and/or valuable information. For more information on customizing your pipeline view, refer to these instructions.
