Create simple views to inspect and track process compliance and highlight any gaps in adoption of your sales methodology.

Using Scratchpad, you can easily identify which sales opportunities are doing well and which ones need more attention, regardless of the sales methodology you use (whether it's MEDDICC, BANT, CoM, or any other). Here's how you can create a tracking view for your sales methodology using MEDDIC as an example, where the Opportunities are grouped by owner.

To build the view captured above, do the following:

  1. Create a view that includes only the MEDDICC fields from your SFDC instance...

2. Then select “my team’s opportunities” (or “all opportunities”, with a filter for “opportunity owner) as well as “closed is false”...

3. Group by opportunity owner, selecting the owners you supervise/coach...
