How Can I Use Scratchpad With Dialers?

Do you use a dialer? Click-to-Dial directly from Scratchpad Grid Views!

Dialpad

Using the Scratchpad Web App:

  1. Bookmark the Scratchpad Web App - app.scratchpad.com

  2. Download the Dialpad Chrome Extension

  3. Configure Dialpad's Click-to-Call

    • Facetime is the default dialer for Mac users, you may have to sign into your Apple ID or create a new one to change the default dialer to Dialpad

  4. Access a Scratchpad Grid View, including a phone number field

  5. Click-to-call by left-clicking on the number

RingCentral

Using the Scratchpad Chrome Extension:

  1. Download the RingCentral Desktop App.

  2. Configure RingCentral as your standard dialer

    • Facetime is the default dialer for Mac users, you may have to sign into your Apple ID or create a new one to change the default dialer to RingCentral

  3. Access a Scratchpad Grid View, including a phone number field

  4. Click the phone number from your list view to initiate a dial through RingCentral

Using the Scratchpad Web App:

  1. Bookmark the Scratchpad Web App - app.scratchpad.com

  2. Download the RingCentral Chrome Extension.

  3. Configure RingCentral as your standard dialer

    • Facetime is the default dialer for Mac users, you may have to sign into your Apple ID or create a new one to change the default dialer to RingCentral

  4. Access a Scratchpad Grid View, including a phone number field

  5. Right-click on the number to access Ring Central click-to-dial

SalesLoft

Using the Scratchpad Web App:

  1. Bookmark the Scratchpad Web App - app.scratchpad.com

  2. Download the SalesLoft Chrome Extension

  3. Configure SalesLoft's Click to Call

    • Facetime is the default dialer for Mac users, you may have to sign into your Apple ID or create a new one to change the default dialer to SalesLoft

  4. Access a Scratchpad Grid View, including a phone number field

  5. Right-click on the number to access SalesLoft click-to-dial

Microsoft Teams

Using the Scratchpad Web App:

  1. Bookmark the Scratchpad Web App - app.scratchpad.com

  2. Download the Microsoft Teams Chrome Extension

  3. Configure Microsoft Teams' Click to Dial

    • Facetime is the default dialer for Mac users, you may have to sign into your Apple ID or create a new one to change the default dialer to Microsoft Teams

  4. Access a Scratchpad Grid View, including a phone number field

  5. Right-click on the number to access Microsoft Teams click-to-dial

RingDNA

Using the Scratchpad Web App:

  2. Download the RingDNA Chrome Extension.

  3. Configure RingDNA as your standard dialer

    • Facetime is the default dialer for Mac users, you may have to sign into your Apple ID or create a new one to change the default dialer to RingDNA

  4. Access a Scratchpad Grid View, including a phone number field

  5. Right-click on the number to access RingDNA click-to-dial

Zoom

Using the Scratchpad Web App:

  1. Bookmark the Scratchpad Web App - app.scratchpad.com

  2. Download the Zoom Chrome Extension

  3. Configure Zoom's Click-to-Dial

    • Facetime is the default dialer for Mac users, you may have to sign into your Apple ID or create a new one to change the default dialer to Zoom

  4. Access a Scratchpad Grid View, including a phone number field

  5. Right-click on the number to access Zoom's click-to-dial
