Using Hygiene Dashboards
Charts
Hygiene Score
Each record is scored based on the rules you’ve created. The health score is the average score across all records. The higher, the better!
Users
See a breakdown of your Health Score by team or individual users
Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks team members by performance scores, offering a quick view of top performers and encouraging healthy competition
Rules
The % of records that are out of compliance, based on each rule (e.g. 18% = 18 of 100 opportunities have an empty Next Step). Lower is better here!
Data Scope
Time Frame
Adjusting the date filter will update the data reflected in the dashboard (e.g. All time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, etc.)
Team Filter
Selecting a Team will populate the dashboard with that Team’s scores, allowing you to drill down into the data for deeper insights and analysis.
You can also dive into an individual team member's performance for a more granular perspective.
Zero Board
The Zero Board within your dashboard highlights records needing attention based on your set rules, helping your team focus on what’s most important.
As reps update their Zero Board, those records are removed, and their hygiene score automatically improves - making it easy to track progress and stay on top of your sales process.
Additionally, you can filter records by specific rules to target areas that need attention more efficiently.
Creating a New Hygiene Dashboard
Scratchpad Admins can create new Hygiene Dashboards using the steps below

Under Teams, select the teams or individuals you'd like to track and score

Within Scope, set filters to determine which records are tracked and graded
Examples: Closed is False, Amount is greater than x, Forecast Category is x, Type is not Renewal
Add Rules to grade records by, think of each Rule as a behavior you want to avoid
Examples: Next Step is empty, Close Date is before today, Amount is empty
Click Save in the top right, your dashboard will be generated in 10-15 seconds
Hygiene Notifications
Help your team maintain CRM hygiene by sending automated reminders to check their Hygiene dashboard, through email or Slack. These notifications ensure reps stay proactive in addressing overdue tasks and tracking their compliance.
Toggle on Notifications towards the bottom of your dashboard settings. Notifications are sent at 7AM PT, on Mondays or every weekday.

FAQ
When are data snapshots taken for the dashboards that are created?
Snapshots are taken daily at 8pm PT, or immediately when a dashboard is created, edited, or refreshed
Can you see historical data?
We cannot capture historical data, we can only start tracking once the dashboard has been created.
How can I open Expanded View to access Tiles from a dashboard?
Click any cell on the record and press the spacebar on your keyboard
Can you rename Rules within a dashboard?
Yes! Navigate to your dashboard settings, find your desired condition under Rules, rename as desired. Switch back to the original name if needed, and see your custom names when hovering over Highlights within the Zero Board.
Can you add Fields to the Zero Board?
Scratchpad Admins can add additional Fields to the Zero Board within a dashboard. Any changes made will apply to all users, in team and individual views.
Why does my Zero Board show that all records are up to date, but my hygiene score isn't 100%?
If an update is made outside of the dashboard (e.g. in another Scratchpad view or in SFDC), the hygiene score will update if the dashboard is refreshed using the icon in the top-right, or when the daily snapshot is taken at 8PM PT
Can you change the object on a dashboard once created?
Once a dashboard is created, you cannot change the Object. You can create multiple dashboards per object
