The AI suggested updates sidebar lets you review, edit, and accept field updates across the entire record - not just the fields in your current view.
Click on the Suggested updates ✨ icon from within the action tray to open the sidebar and clear out updates for your pipeline in minutes.
Conditional highlights
Conditional highlights flag important details or gaps in your records - like missing next steps or overdue close dates.
They help you spot risks early, take action before deals stall, and keep your pipeline review-ready with accurate data.
Next meeting scheduled icon
The next meeting scheduled icon gives you quick visibility into upcoming customer conversations, directly from your view. This helps you stay on top of opportunities without needing to click into each record or check your calendar.
The icon appears next to a record when all of the following are true:
Google or Outlook integration is enabled in Scratchpad
An external participant on the calendar event is a contact in Salesforce
That participant is related to the opportunity as a contact role
If there are multiple open opportunities for the account, the icon will display for the first opportunity listed.
