If you're seeing an error saying salesforce api request limit exceeded, this means that your Salesforce instance has reached its API limit for the day. 

Generally, this issue is caused by marketing automation, sales engagement, or other high-volume tools that sync with Salesforce, taking up lots of API calls.

Please inquire with your Salesforce admin or operations team for more details (usually, they're aware of the issue).
