The primary goal of sales managers is to unlock the highest level of performance for all their reps. However, it's often difficult to focus teams on sales fundamentals and turn 1:1s into coaching opportunities because most of the time is spent trying to understand where deals stand.

But what if there was a better way?

With Scratchpad Sharable Views, managers can share views to help their reps:

  1. Increase the productivity of 1:1 meetings by providing both managers and reps with the same view and clarity into the state of deals prior to the meeting, ultimately leading to winning deals faster.

  2. Quickly assess the state of their deals by seeing stalled deals or those missing next steps, enabling them to prioritize and focus on the most important deals and ensure process adherence.

  3. Be coached async through comments, tasks, and pulling up linked deal notes.

  4. Understand the qualification criteria needed to move opportunities to the next stages.

Pipeline Views provide managers with an easy way to share views with their teams, so they can effortlessly enforce sales fundamentals and invest in better coaching. Managers can share links to views using any communication tool, such as Slack or email. The best part is that the most useful views can be converted into organizational views, benefiting the entire sales team. Start collaborating more efficiently and working faster with shared views by:

Generate a link that can be shared

Step 1: In the top right corner of the kanban or grid view, click on the tiny "person" icon.

Step 2: Click on the "copy link" button at the bottom of the dialogue box.

Step 3: Drop that link into whatever communication tool you and your team are using today! (Slack, Teams, email, etc)

Turn your view into an organizational one

  1. In the top right corner of the kanban or grid view, click on the tiny "person" icon.

  2. Click on the "organizational view" option in the middle of the dialogue box.

**Note: If you turn your view into an organizational one, it will be available for all Scratchpad users in your organization to view and make their own. Those with access to Role Designer, can make these views role-based.

➑️ Views set as organizational will appear in the left-menu bar of your Scratchpad pipeline.

🚨 Views update dynamically in Scratchpad; set the view to "My Opportunities" in the filters menu when you're creating it. Once you make it an org-wide view, and it's then inherited by another user at your organization, s/he will automatically see his/her opportunities populate.
