Automations also help cut through the noise and clutter of notifications, which are often sent through Slack or email and can disrupt your team's day-to-day workflows.

β†’ When creating an automation for an opportunity, make sure to add a condition for closed is false so you only get notifications for your open opportunities, unless you specifically want to include those already closed won/lost.
