Here’s how to quickly view all of your Past Due or Upcoming close dates from one simple view:

Spotlight PAST DUE close dates

  1. Open your pipeline view

  2. Select "Highlight" and "+ custom highlight"

  3. Fill in the parameters in highlight to match "Close date - is before - today"

  4. Select your color (Recommendation: RED)

Spotlight UPCOMING close dates

  1. Open your pipeline view

  2. Select "Highlight" and "+ custom highlight"

  3. Fill in the parameters in highlight to match "Close date - is - this week"

  4. Select your color (Recommendation: YELLOW)
