Learn how to create and share clips, organize calls into playlists, and search in calls

Create and Share Clips


  1. Navigate to Calls from your Scratchpad Nav Bar

  2. Select the call you'd like to create a clip from

  3. There are two ways to create a clip:

    1. Go to Transcript, copy the section of the transcript you'd like to clip, select Create clip

    2. Click Share in the top-right of your call, then select your preferred Duration

  4. Title your clip

  5. Set your Share settings:

    • Organization only: Visible only to your organization

    • Anyone with the link: Visible to anyone with the link

  6. Click Save & copy link

Organize Calls into Playlists or Folders


  1. Navigate to Calls from your Scratchpad Nav Bar

  2. Within the Call Library sidebar, hover to the right of Playlists and click the +

  3. Select Playlist, or a Folder to house your playlists

  4. Name your Playlist or Folder

  5. To add a call or clip to playlist:

    1. Go to the call or clip you'd like to add

    2. Select the β€’β€’β€’ in the top right of the call or clip

    3. Click Add to playlist and select your desired playlist

Search in Calls


  1. Navigate to Calls from your Scratchpad Nav Bar

  2. Use the πŸ”Ž in the top right to search for call titles and keywords in transcripts

  3. Hover over keywords found under Transcript, click to be taken to the specific part of the call where the keyword was mentioned
