Learn about, create, and duplicate Pipeline Views

Types of Pipeline Views

Grid View

An in-line editable view to make managing your pipeline a breeze. Add Filters, Fields, or Deal Spotlights to customize the view to your liking or surface the data that's most relevant to you.

Pro-Tip

Build a View for This Quarter's Opportunities, Accounts in your territory for prospecting, or Contacts and Leads you are nurturing. The possibilities are endless!

Kanban View

A high-level view to manage your pipeline in a board layout. See how you or your team are doing in a quick glance.


Creating Pipeline Views

Create a New View from Scratch

  1. Navigate to Pipeline on your Scratchpad homepage

  2. Open the sidebar by clicking on the menu icon in the upper-left of your view

  3. Click the + sign to the right of My Views or click "+ New" towards the bottom

  4. Choose between creating a Grid or Kanban view

  5. Rename the view and add filters and fields that to surface the data you'd like to see!

Duplicating an Existing View

  1. Select an existing view, click the "...", and then Duplicate view

  2. Rename the view and add filters and fields that to surface the data you'd like to see

Adding Objects to your Pipeline

  1. Navigate to Pipeline on your Scratchpad homepage

  2. Click the + sign to the right of your current objects

  3. Checkmark the object you'd like to add to your Pipeline, or uncheck to remove


FAQ

Can I delete all views for an object?

You cannot delete the last/only view for any object. You can simply hide the view by removing the object.
