Open or collapse the Navigation bar and pin your desired apps to the top
Use the hamburger icon in the top-left to open or collapse the Navigation Bar
Select ••• More and click the pin next your desired app to pin it to the top
Enable shortcuts
Get quick access to your favorite shortcuts, right from Scratchpad
Navigate to Settings in the bottom-left corner of your Scratchpad homepage
Select Preferences under Account
Toggle on Show shortcuts
Add shortcuts by using the waffle icon in the bottom-left of your homepage
Click + New shortcut
Enter the name and URL, press enter to save your shortcut

Select Preferences under Account
Next to Theme, choose Light, Dark, or Auto

Next to Start Scratchpad on, choose your preferred starting page

Select Preferences under Account
Next to My workspace role, you can confirm or select your Role
Change background photo
See a new daily photo from our curated feed, or select your preferred photo
Navigate to Settings in the bottom-left corner of your Scratchpad homepage
Select Background on the left menu bar
Enable auto background, or disable and select a new background
→ Favorite ♡ background photos by hovering over the location towards the bottom of your Scratchpad homepage
