Scratchpad makes it easy for managers and account teams to create, collaborate, and coach via commenting and team notes. Leverage Scratchpad Command to access team notes from wherever you're working.
Accessing Existing and Creating Notes from Pipeline Views
Click the expanding arrows or click once on a cell and press your spacebar to bring up the expanded view.
Navigate to the Notes Icon on the right-hand side
Select the Note you would like to access (yours or a teammate's) or click (+) to create a new note
Begin editing, collaborating on, or creating the note!
Accessing Existing and Creating Notes from Scratchpad Command
Using Scratchpad Command, search for the record you desire and select it from the drop down.
Navigate to the Notes Icon on the right-hand side
Select the Note you would like to access or click (+) to create a new note.

Collaborate via Commenting on Desired Records
From Expanded View from any record in your view, click the Comment Icon on the left menu bar within your Expanded View
Select "New Comment" on the bottom of the sidebar that surfaces
Select "Record" and enter your comments
