Admins can manage shared Views and Tiles in Scratchpad to help streamline processes, boost data hygiene, and eliminate unnecessary clutter.
Manage Shared Views and Tiles in Pipeline
For Views and Tiles that have been shared with you
Navigate to Pipeline
Select the View or Tile you'd like to edit
Views: Find shared Views under the Shared with me section within the Pipeline sidebar
Tiles: Find shared Tiles within the Expanded View in Pipeline
Manage Shared Views and Tiles in Role Designer
For Views and Tiles that are not shared with you
Navigate to the Gear Icon in the bottom-left corner of your Scratchpad homepage
Select Role Designer under Workspace
Choose the Role you'd like to manage (ex. Account Executive, SDR, CSM)
Choose the Object you'd like to manage (ex. Opportunity, Account, Contact)
Choose Create Tiles, Update Tiles, or Views to see existing shared content
Select the ••• next to your desired Tile/View to surface the following options:
