We understand that "deleting your account" can mean a couple of things. Below are the options to remove your account from Scratchpad.
As a reminder, Scratchpad does not store data from Salesforce by default. You can read more about our security policies at scratchpad.com/security.
Log Out and Remove the Chrome Extension
Logging out of Scratchpad will remove access to Salesforce immediately
Navigate to the Gear Icon in the bottom-left corner of your Scratchpad homepage
Click Log out in the bottom-left corner of the settings window
Go to Extensions (puzzle icon) in your Chrome menu bar
Next to the Scratchpad extension, select the three dots and click Remove from Chrome
My Security or IT Team Has Requested I Remove my Account While They Review Scratchpad
Your Salesforce Administrator can disable OAuth connections directly from Salesforce.
In this scenario, your Scratchpad configuration, settings, and notes are saved, but you are no longer providing us access to your company's information.
Request to "Forget" my Information Per GDPR's Right to Erasure
Scratchpad is working towards being fully GDPR/CCPA compliant at this time. Please email [email protected] to request your information is removed or with any additional questions about removing your Scratchpad account.
