Learn how to create and deploy sales enablement cards that enable your frontline to grow your topline

Accessing enablement resources sometimes requires reps to switch between Salesforce, your knowledge management system, call recorder, and sales notes. This makes it difficult for reps to listen, identify pain points, demonstrate solutions, and differentiate products from competitors.

Scratchpad Cards is the fastest way to connect to your knowledge management system and enablement content directly into your sales reps workflow. Now you can quickly and intuitively present battle cards, products, competitive pricing, and playbooks directly where your reps work in Scratchpad to give them more confidence selling - leading to smoother conversations with customers.

Creating Cards


  1. Navigate to the Gear Icon in the bottom-left corner of your Scratchpad homepage

  2. Select Cards under Workspace

  3. Click on + Create a Card from the top right of the page

    • Title: Enter the name of your Card

    • Body: Fill in the body of the card with the information your reps will need in their calls

    • Tags: Enter multiple keywords that relate to your Card's info to help your team surface them easier

  4. Click Save, now your team can access Cards in their Scratchpad Notes!

  5. Toggle Status to enable or disable Cards

Integrating Guru


If you've already gotten busy in Guru creating a number of different cards, you can continue to create and manage them right from Scratchpad.

  1. Navigate to the Gear Icon in the bottom-left corner of your Scratchpad homepage

  2. Select General under Workspace

  3. Select Add next to the Guru Cards Integration

  4. Enter your API Token, learn more here

  5. Click Save, now you can manage your Guru cards directly from Scratchpad!
